Happy Throwback Thursday friends! Ok, I know it has been a REALLY long time since I posted anything, so I thought I would do my very first Throwback Thursday on a wonderful non-profit event, Styled For GoodIt is Minnesota’s first ever non-profit wedding showcase and all out party. All proceeds go towards event services for couples in need. Founded by Jennae Saltzman of Blush & Whim and Kelly Bollis of Maven, the duo saw the need for a new kind of wedding show experience in the Twin Cities and wanted to bring a sense of community and collaboration to the wedding industry while also streamlining donated services to couples in need. I want to share a few images from the event this past May at Aria in Minneapolis. I’m so appreciative to get the opportunity to be a part of such a great community – thank you ladies of Styled For Good! All lovely imagery by Amanda Marie Photography

The 2016 theme was Palm Springs (so FUN!). I was paired with a pretty awesome team (ok, I might be biased :)) to come up with “our” version of Palm Springs. We kept the color palette fairly neutral with soft touches of dusty rose, green, white, gold and dessert tan with a very classic old Hollywood mood and style. Pulling inspiration from Whitney Port’s Wedding… stunning right?! From there, our vision came to life! When it comes to inspiration for a serene winter white wedding, look no further than this gorgeous styled shoot photographed by the talented Jody Savage Photography. With stunning wintery flowers, by the creative Ashley Fox, paired with soft gray candles in glass candlesticks on every inch of the table along with blush tones scattered throughout, there is truly nothing more beautiful! The stationery was packaged in a lovely debossed velvet shelve from the lovely Velvet Raper. This stunning shoot was featured in Minnesota Bride as well as Styled Me Pretty! It was an honor to work along side such a creative Twin Cities vendor team. Please see below for a full list of credits.
